Here is a typical scene at the church with volunteers sorting and packaging community donations, preparing for container shippment to Ukraine. We are blessed with how the community is coming together and brining all types of donations!
If you would like to donate, we are still accepting donations but shifting our efforts to collect more food products as that is becoming a primary major need with massive food shortages being experienced which will only become worse. We are reaching out to all organizations we know locally and ask for your help as well.
Below is a list of items that are very much needed. We are currently accepting these items and plan to ship them to Ukraine's border in the coming weeks.
Cereals, pasta, and canned food, other non-perishable items like noodles, soups, dry potatoes, sugar, flour, rice, different kind of grains, vegetable/corn/ olive oil, cereal, dry milk, tea, coffee, cocoa. *Please ensure the expiration date is at least six months before the product's expiration. Personal hygiene products:
We are also still collecting personal hygiene items as they are basic essentials needed for daily use. Items such as soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, diapers, feminine hygiene products (pads /tampons), wet wipes (antiseptic and baby wipes), briefs for adults
